Shungdar - Automatic Processing Transfer System applied for TFT / LCD monitor, electronics industry, automobile industry, etc. We offers a manual feed bar coupling with integrated quick connection misfeed sensors. In this way, manual die changes time can be shortened. As an option, SD offers automatic feed bar coupling for large size press with moving bolster application.

This system allows more stamping operators to make full use of their existing stamping equipment, as well as a quick mold change function. The transfer arm of the transfer device is quick-connecting and can be directly unloaded on the punching table surface and quickly change the mold. This rapid die change feature allows customers to significantly reduce the adjustment time consumed by die change, which in turn significantly increases productivity.

With the feature of running synchronously with the press operating in continuous mode, the Tri-Axis Servo Transfer not only prolong lifetime of the press, but also reduce the energy consumption.
