Shung Dar Metal Plate Leveler - LJ series, for metal sheet press deformation or other surface treatment caused by secondary precision leveler equipment, the roller is matched by the upper and lower staggered rollers, and the arc will be curved after an appropriate degree of back pressure straighten the workpiece or metal material sheet, so as to obtain a flat workpiece or metal sheet.
The supporting roller designed with the auxiliary roll is not easy to deform under long-term use of the leveling roll, and it can effectively support the counterbalance effect of the leveling roll when it contacts the plate, so as to achieve the elimination of the internal stress on the sheet.
The machine is a tillable shell, which is convenient for equipment cleaning and maintenance. The leveling roller is designed to be removable, which is convenient for the operator to clean the debris attached to the surface of the roller. The cassette type can choose different outer diameter components of the leveling roll, the same leveling unit can be used for the leveling of thick and thin sheets.
The maximum thickness of LJ thick plate series is up to 10mm, the width is from 200 to 2200mm, and it is matched with the multi-hi auxiliary roll design to support the leveling work roll, which can greatly improve the leveling effect of the leveling roll when corresponding to the flattening to eliminate the metal plate tensile. In addition, the inverter is used for speed adjustment; the operation panel adopts touch display, PLC control, and the leveling pressure can be optionally driven by an electric motor to memorize various metal leveling module parameters to improve work efficiency.
