Shungdar's uncoiler UA / UB / UC series can suit for 1 ~ 5 tons coil weight, coil width range from 300 ~ 1600 mm. It can match with straightener and feeder as feeding line.
The steel coil (coil) is safety hang on the mandrel shift, the expanding mandrel shift can maintained the inner diameter of coil, and when the front coil feed into the straightener and keep the production continued. The application industry is electronics industry, machinery industry, metal hardware industry…etc. The coil type is divided to single head and double head type, also divides into light, general and heavy type due to the loading capacity.
UA single head uncoiler is lightweight uncoiler, coil width from 300 to 400 mm, max. coil weight up to 1 ton, operation by manually. It is suit for small and lightweight steel.
UB single head uncoiler is genernal uncoiler type, coil width from 300 to 600mm, weight up to 3 tons. The inner and outer diameter can be changed according to the specification of material and the high-speed feeding can be carried out in accordance with the production capacity.
UC single head uncoiler is general type. Coil width from 300 to 1600mm, and the width is large range. The specification of material is widely use and highly utility; the max. coil weight up to 5 tons. The inner and outer diameter can be changed according to the specification of material and the high-speed feeding can be carried out in accordance with the production capacity.
Humanized operation touch display, optional equipment including AC motor, inverter, hydraulic mandrel expansion, air operated hold down arm…etc. Optimize production efficiency and good operating performance.
